Neat Little Works — WhatsApp pilot privacy notice
Last updated: 24 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Semyon Molotkov operates Neat Little Works. Contact team@neatlittleworks.com about this notice or your personal information.
Information used by the pilot
We use your WhatsApp number, email address, messages, voice recordings and transcripts, photographs you send, business information, website drafts and revision history. We also keep verification, delivery and operational records needed to run and protect the service.
If you ask us to research your business, we may consult public websites and business listings. We show findings and their sources for you to confirm. Verifying an email address does not establish ownership of a business.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify your email, discuss your requirements, prepare or edit your website, show previews, restore versions and respond to enquiries. These activities support the service you request and steps taken at your request before a contract. We use limited operational records to prevent abuse, diagnose problems and protect the service, which are our legitimate interests.
Photographs are references until you explicitly approve their use in a website preview. You can withdraw that approval by contacting us. Previously downloaded or shared copies may remain with their recipients.
AI and service providers
The conversation uses an AI assistant. Relevant messages, transcripts, business information, approved research context, website content and images may be processed by OpenAI to generate responses and website changes. Voice transcription currently runs locally before the transcript is sent to the assistant. A person can review enquiries and help with the conversation.
Meta/WhatsApp delivers messages; Resend delivers email verification codes; Cloudflare provides the connection and preview delivery. The pilot's application records, voice files and website revisions are currently stored on the operator's Mac. Website preview links make their selected draft and approved photographs accessible to anyone who has the link; links expire after 24 hours. Do not send information that you do not want used for your website enquiry.
International processing
The providers above may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. OpenAI describes adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum in its Europe privacy policy. Resend states that stored email data is held in the United States and that its Data Processing Addendum covers EU and UK transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare describes Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum in its Data Processing Addendum. Contact team@neatlittleworks.com to ask about the providers and safeguards used for your enquiry.

Retention and deletion
We retain enquiry records while handling your request, website versions while they are needed to provide editing and rollback, and operational records while needed to investigate delivery or security problems. We review whether information is still needed when an enquiry or the pilot ends. You can request deletion by emailing team@neatlittleworks.com with the subject “Delete my Neat Little Works data” and the WhatsApp number or email used for the service. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Providers maintain their own service records under their policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a person, stop the conversation, request access to or correction of your information, or request deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email team@neatlittleworks.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
We need a WhatsApp number and verified email for this pilot. Voice messages and photographs are optional. The assistant does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
