Website terms

These terms cover your initial business website and monthly hosting and updates from Neat Little Works, operated by Semen Molotkov.
Review before you pay
Review your website draft and agree what's included before paying the £89 setup fee. If you cancel before we publish your website, we'll refund the setup fee in full. If we cannot deliver the agreed launch, we'll refund it in full too. After publication, a change of mind does not normally qualify for a setup refund. We'll fix our mistakes at no extra cost; if we cannot put a substantial failure to deliver the agreed work right, we'll provide an appropriate partial or full refund.
Cancel your subscription anytime
The £3 monthly subscription starts when your website goes live. Cancel anytime by WhatsApp or email, with no cancellation fee. Your hosting and included updates continue until the end of the paid period, and there are no further subscription charges. We do not normally refund part-used months; mistaken or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
Take your website with you
If you leave, we'll provide the files for your latest published website at no extra charge so you can host it elsewhere. Your own domain stays yours. Our WhatsApp update service does not transfer with the files. Hosting elsewhere, domain renewals and any help setting up the move are separate; we'll agree any charge for our help before starting.
Delivery and timing
We agree the initial website scope and launch timing with you before payment. We publish only after your approval. If we are waiting for your information or feedback, we'll agree any revised timing with you; silence is not approval. We initiate agreed refunds within five working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account. We provide your website files within five working days of your request, after confirming that you are authorised to receive them.
Prices and additional work
All prices are in GBP. Domain costs are separate. Additional work and third-party costs are agreed before starting. Any additional terms for that work are provided before purchase.
